David R. Morgan is a respected community and business leader in Somers, CT, whose lifelong commitment to service is rooted in the legacy of his father, a proud WWII veteran. With more than four decades of executive leadership in healthcare, emergency services, and critical-infrastructure coordination, David brings a wealth of experience to the Foundation. Since 1992, he has owned and operated Brooklawn Management Services, providing strategic and operational guidance to hospitals, EMS systems, and public-health organizations. He has also served on the HHS/DHS Health Sector Coordinating Council since 2008, including a term as Sector Co-Chair, collaborating with federal partners on preparedness, emergency response, and national-infrastructure protection.
Earlier in his career, David held senior leadership roles including President & CEO of Johnson Memorial Medical Center, Vice President at Harrington Memorial Hospital, and Executive Vice President of Ambulance Services of America. He also brings specialized experience in cemetery management, memorial development, plaques, historical preservation, and legacy stewardship, supporting efforts that honor veterans and safeguard community heritage.
David is deeply committed to veterans’ causes and contributes his expertise to projects that preserve dignity, history, and remembrance within the Somers community.
