His diverse background includes extensive experience in the defense aerospace industry as a project manager and subject matter expert in security management. He has successfully led large teams, managed complex projects, and achieved organizational goals through collaboration and strategic planning. His experience in healthcare further strengthened his understanding of compassionate, people-centered service.

As a former small business owner, Chuck brings valuable knowledge of business operations, organizational management, and resource stewardship. His practical experience and collaborative approach enable him to address challenges creatively while focusing on meaningful results.

Chuck is especially passionate about supporting fellow veterans, their families, and his community. Through volunteer service, he demonstrates his belief that service extends far beyond military duty. He understands the sacrifices made by veterans and their loved ones and is committed to ensuring they receive recognition, support, and a sense of belonging.

A devoted family man and avid dog lover, Chuck shares a special bond with his two service dogs, whose companionship reinforces his appreciation for the important role service animals play in veterans’ lives.
